First day in Nashville was amazing! I flew in with my (incredibly supportive) girlfriend, Susie, as well as my good friends and 'Sweet Angeline' co-writers Liv Devine www.livdevine.com and Tyler James www.mrtylerjames.bandcamp.com. We tackled the first day hard core with a publisher/songwriter critique hosted by major songwriters and publishers Michael Martin and Dale Bobo. We ended up pitching each song "Remember the Summer Nights" "Cupcakes & Wine" and 'I Swear to You" and they loved them! We gave Michael Martin a cd and hope to schedule a meeting before we leave!
Then it was off to dinner and the Jeffery Steel concert. (Jeffery Steel is the face behind tons and tons of hit country songs including the Rascal Flatts smash "What Hurts the Most"). Needless to say it was amazing! Met some people there ...will be following up!
